CD Release Party!!

CD Release Party!!--EVERYONE INVITED. We are
having a CD Release party for our new album/band "Naked Peasants" on
Saturday, June 12th (next week!) from 7:30 to 10:00 pm. at the recording
studio at 4500 Woodman Ave, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. Free performance
and free champagne while it lasts!! Really, ANYONE can come! ...Street
parking available.

June 7th -- Benefit Concert in LA

The new band, Naked Peasants, will be performing at a benefit concert for the LA Gay and Lesbian Center at 1125 N McCadden, LA, CA 90028 at 8:00 pm on Monday, June 7th!  Tickets are $15 at the door and proceeds go to the center!  Come and enjoy the night with us and a slew of other talented artists!!  See you there!

One NEW Song a Week on YouTube! -- Dec. '09

Toby will be writing one NEW song every week and posting it as a raw, unedited video on his YouTube page. 

This is a chance to see the songwriting process as it unfolds and to get a more intimate look into the way this art form is created.  It's also a big challenge so stay tuned!!

Video "Somebody" airs on MTV's LOGO -- Nov. 09

Toby Madigan's Music Video for "Somebody" makes its debut on MTV LOGO Channel's show "The Clicklist."  This show features a weekly Top Ten list of videos that are up for voting on by fans through the tv station's website.

This week, Toby's video was ranked number 7 out of 10 on this nationwide TV channel.  If you have cable, look for LOGO and TiVo the show Clicklist!

Toby's "Stand for Love" LIVE in D.C.!! -- Oct '09

Toby performed LIVE at the National Equality March in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 11, 2009!!  Toby was the opening act for the entire event and sang his song "Stand for Love" as the crowd of marchers approached the main rally stage at the U.S. Capitol!

Other performers and speakers included Lady Gaga, Billie Myers, Julie Clark, Cynthia Nixon and many more.

Music to be Featured in Documentary --Jul '09

--Two of Toby's new songs "Make an Exception for Me" and "Mr. Teacher" will be featured in a new documentary to be released in November 2009 called "Illegal Love."  The documentary will be about Prop 8 in California and Toby will also be featured as one of the subjects.  It is the first film of French filmmaker Juli Gali.  You can add her on facebook by looking up "Le Protocole Gali".   Click here to watch the video clip that first got the director's attention>>

My Music Video for my song "Somebody" had it's TV Broadcast Premiere on MTV's LOGO Channel this week! 

Check it out!  The music video is a Top 10 Hot Videos Show called NewNowNext's PopLab!

It aired for the first time at midnight on Wednesday, July 1 and is airing repeatedly throughout this week and next week!  The show was hosted by Right Said Fred ("I'm Too Sexy . . .").
